This pot can contain a fair amount of water. The long stem with the nozzle shape at the end is perfect to minimize spillage. It’s made from hard ceramic and can take various temperatures when needing heat, to dissolve the salt and then adding cooler water. There is some concern that the nozzle could break off easily because of its length. But so far so good.
